How do I change the IP address of a TP-Link Wireless Router

Step 1

Open your web browser and in the address bar type: http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://tplinkwifi.net. Then press Enter.

Note: The default IP address/default access differs by model, please find it on the label at the bottom/back of the product.

Step 2

Type the username and password in the login page. The default login username and password are both admin.

Step 3

Select Network > LAN located in the menu on the left side.

Step 4

Change the IP address to preference, then click Save.

Note: After changing your IP address, you’ll need to type the new router IP address into the web browser to log into the router.
